These policies are applied only for the merchandises sold in the United States (unless specified). JAF reserves the right to modify this Limited Warranty and RMA Service Policy as necessary without prior written notice at any time.

- Next Business Day Onsite Service with 8x5 phone support (1 to 5 years)

JAF Limited Warranty & RMA Service Policy
RMA Return Procedures:
- Must complete the RMA Form with all detail of return information as list below.
- RMA Number is valid for 15 days from the date of issue.
- Except DOA or Credit or Special Order returns, Do Not Include Any Accessories or Manual with return shipments.
- If there is no response received after 24hrs (except weekend/holiday) submit this request, please contact our RMA Dept mailto:[email protected].
Return to Credit Policy:
- Return for Credit products must be in resalable condition with un-open original package and all accessories.
- No Credit Return for Computer System and Special Order item.
- Credit returns should be received within 5 business days from the date of RMA number issued or restocking fee may apply.
- Credit returns will base on the current market value or the invoice price, whichever is lower.
- Credit will be available for the customer future purchase after the returns had been verified and processed by our Accounting department.
Cross-shipment Terms & Policy:
- Defective items under cross-shipment must be received by JAF within 15 days from the date of cross-shipment for full credit. Items received after 15 days will be charged a 15% restocking fee. No credit will be issued for items received over 30 days from JAF customer original invoice date.
- Return freight and insurance cost are the responsibility of customer.
- Full amount of the replacement will be billed to customer’s account upon shipping, and be credited upon receiving of the defective items. Credit Card, Cash, or COD term customers must provide valid credit card number, which will be charged first and credited upon return as well.
