We offer various options for you to pick from and attain the appliance look and feel you desire to enhance your brand identity. Custom Bezels Custom Packaging Custom Labels & Logos Custom Chassis Custom Product Documentation Phase Two Solution Prototype and MPIs to ensure build consistency every time It is developed to test and validate the software and establish an understanding of the exclusive product to be made to move rapidly and resolve manufacturing challenges if any while defining and documenting the manufacturing process. The team is trained to treat each customer and product individually in order to clearly identify the manufacturing processes that work best that project. In addition to identifying the manufacturing process that works best, the prototype team will also work with you on the final product design giving you confidence and a complete understanding of the look and feel of the finished product. Manufacturing Process Instructions (MPI) Design is used to regulate engineering process specifications with specific instructions for controlling individual system processing and for assuring a documented and repeatable process. As a key advantage to your project success, they provide clarification of the procedures and additional process detail that eliminates interpretations on the production floor that could result in lack of control and repeatability. MPIs are written and controlled by our manufacturing development engineers and through a comprehensive approval process they are then integrated into our final production procedures. To assure the smooth operation of the MPI practice established a departmental instruction for the preparation, release, maintenance and control. Phase Three System Integration for production– Full manufacturing and integration capabilities backed by robust process controls to ensure predictable repeatable results application management environments. All finalized product materials and components approved in prototype phase is locked in the form of BOM (Build of Materials). With understanding into the production process at a pre-production level with our commitment is to work with the customer to determine the best available components for each product design. This means suggesting component alternatives where applicable that will result in consistent quality at often dramatically cheaper costs. Lifecycle Component obsolescence is an issue addressed every day within our industry. Therefore, knowledge of component life-cycle issues and the application of this knowledge to contract manufacturing services is a natural extension of our services abilities. We are dedicated to making every effort to notify you of a component's end of life with enough time remaining to stock a sufficient supply for remaining product needs. Also able to lead component selection efforts for redesigning products based on obsolete components. Phase Four Quality Control is committed to providing the highest quality possible. We perform a complete system test on every product we build, including a rigorous burn-in and re-test by senior technician to ensure that each unit is flawless. Packaging During this developmental stage, we will develop work instructions for the final production units and design custom packaging material for your appliance.
