Warranty Information Options 
RMA REQUEST FORM
Standard Depot Warranty

All JAF Hardware Systems come with a default 1-year-parts and 3-years-labor warranty. For specific components in each system, the warranty on certain parts may be more than 1-year depending on the warranty available from component manufacturer. The customer can ship a defective hardware component to JAF, after which JAF will ship a replacement part to customer via Fed-Ex Ground service. The customer has the option of shipping back the entire system to JAF for diagnosis, repair, etc.


Standard Warranty

JAF offer a wide range of warranty and optional services to support your systems. JAF includes its 1-year Standard Warranty on integrated systems, which can be extended from 2 to 5 years of coverage.

Our Standard Warranty includes email and phone support, troubleshooting, and return to depot repairs. We provide:
  1. 1-year Standard Warranty coverage (included with system
  2. Optional 2 to 5-year Standard Warranty coverage
  3. Remote troubleshooting
  4. Email and phone support
  5. Return to depot repair service


Optional Services JAF offers a number of optional services to better serve you.
Advanced Parts Replacement provides cross shipping for replacement components
Extended Services offer onsite repair and extended phone support hours.

Advanced Parts Replacement we know it's critical to get your system up and running in the event of a component failure. JAF offers optional Advanced Parts Replacement on all integrated systems. This service enables us to cross ship replacement parts so you can minimize system downtime, and is available for terms of 2, 3, 4, or 5 years.

Extended Services JAF offers optional Extended Services to support your investment and lower the demand on your IT resources. We provide scalable service options to meet your requirements for support level and duration within your budget. All of our Extended Service packages include phone support and remote troubleshooting. We offer

1.    Next Business Day Onsite Service with 8x5 phone support (1 to 5 years)

2.    Same Business Day Onsite Service with 24x7 phone support (1 to 5 years)

3.    Remote troubleshooting

4.    Phone support
